GoHenry is becoming Acorns Early

GoHenry has always had a mission to make every kid smart with money. As we become Acorns Early, we join a larger mission of growing financial wellness through all life’s stages. Kids start growing their money skills early and as they grow up, they grow their money with saving and investing tools.

 

Parents and kids can still use their GoHenry app, or download the new Acorns Early app and log in with their GoHenry details to experience the latest features. Head to the App Store or Google Play to get the new app.

What's changing

Acorns Early is our new name. You’ll start to see it on our website or when you get in touch with our Support team.

We also have a new app, Acorns Early. It has all the features you know and love from GoHenry, plus all the latest features.

 
Don’t worry, parents don't have to download the app right now if they don't want to, everything will continue to work as normal. But if you want access to new features, get the new app from the App Store or Google Play.  

What's not changing

Kids’ cards will continue to work in the same way.

 

All our spending, earning, saving and learning tools will continue to work the same way. 

From allowance & tasks to Giftlinks or Relatives accounts, Money Missions and more - all the benefits you know and love will stay the same.
However, if you order a new card or receive a replacement for an expired card, it will be an Acorns Early card.

Your questions, answered 

How do I log in to the Acorns Early app?

 

After you download the Acorns Early app, tap Log in and follow the steps. 

 

You will need the same 4-digit parent passcode or password, and the email address registered to your GoHenry account. 

 

If you have forgotten your login details you can easily reset them when you log in.

 

Kids will need their username and 4-digit card PIN or password. You can find their login details in Family settings.

How will the new cards work?


 

The new Acorns Early cards work in exactly the same way as the GoHenry cards. They will work with the GoHenry app, but if you want access to new features, get the Acorns Early app. It's available on the App Store or Google Play.

 

There are 35+ custom Acorns Early card designs to choose from and you can personalize them with your kids’ name. The standard card will continue to be free. 

 

You can order a new Acorns Early card any time if you want to.


 

Will my subscription change? 


 

Nope! The subscriptions we offer are staying the same. Our monthly subscription will continue to be $5 for 1 kid or $10 for up to 4 kids.

 

When you load your parent wallet, you may notice 'Acorns Early' instead of 'GoHenry' on statements from your bank.

 

If you have an Acorns Gold subscription, you will continue to have your GoHenry/Acorns Early subscription waived.
