If you're certain your child's gohenry card is lost, you are able to order a replacement card with the same design on the mobile app for free, if you would like to change the design on your card this will incur a $4.99 charge.
- Login and click 'Cards' at the bottom of the page
- If you have more than one child on your account then select the child that has lost their card.
- Click on 'New'
- Click 'Replace a lost card'
- If you're happy with the card design and that your address is correct then click Place order
The new card will be with you in 7 working days. Please note:
- The new card will need to be activated once it arrives.
- The existing card will be cancelled immediately.
- To enable contactless you will need to complete a successful Chip & PIN transaction.
