My child has lost their gohenry card. How do I replace it?
If you're certain your child's gohenry card is lost, you are able to order a replacement card with the same design on the mobile app for free, if you would like to change the design on your card this will incur a $4.99 charge.
Login and click 'Cards' at the bottom of the page
If you have more than one child on your account then select the child that has lost their card.
Click on 'New'
Click 'Replace a lost card'
If you're happy with the card design and that your address is correct then click Place order
The new card will be with you in 7 working days. Please note:
The new card will need to be activated once it arrives.
The existing card will be cancelled immediately.
To enable contactless you will need to complete a successful Chip & PIN transaction.
