GoHenry Network Financial LLC (“GoHenry Network Financial”), a wholly owned subsidiary of GoHenry, Inc., facilitates cryptocurrency trading in connection with accounts at Alpaca Crypto LLC (“Alpaca Crypto”). GoHenry Network Financial is not a financial institution and does not provide cryptocurrency trading of any kind. To trade cryptocurrency through the GoHenry Platform, parents must agree to the GoHenry Network Financial LLC Customer Agreement (the “Crypto Agreement”), which sets forth the terms and conditions under which GoHenry Network Financial facilitates cryptocurrency trading through the GoHenry Platform. Through the Crypto Agreement, parents provide grant limited trading authority to one or more minors or adults (“Authorized Users”).

Cryptocurrency trading is provided by Alpaca Crypto LLC through a software licensing agreement between Alpaca Crypto and GoHenry Network Financial. Alpaca Crypto is not a registered broker-dealer or a member of SIPC or FINRA. To trade crypto, users of the GoHenry Platform, parents must also open a cryptocurrency account (“crypto account”) with Alpaca Crypto and a securities brokerage account (“brokerage account”) with Alpaca Crypto’s affiliate, Alpaca Securities, LLC (“Alpaca Securities”). Crypto accounts, agreements, and transaction processing will be conducted through Alpaca Crypto. Investments in each parent’s crypto account are held in a separate account in the name of the parent at Alpaca Crypto, and not with GoHenry Network Financial. Similarly, cash for investing is held in each parent’s brokerage account at Alpaca Securities and not with GoHenry Network Financial.
