Sign up promotion terms and conditions

For every person that joins GoHenry we'll offer a free trial period. This means that when the parent activates their account, for the period in which the free trial is active, the monthly membership fee of £3.99 will not be charged. From time to time we may offer specific promotions which may include a longer trial period.

Terms and conditions:

Any promotional offer is limited to new customers signing up for a GoHenry account.
Any promotional offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or above that have passed the required security checks.
For each new customer who signs up to GoHenry and activates their parent account, we will offer a free trial and will not charge the monthly membership fee of £3.99 for the period in which the free trial is active.
The monthly membership fee of £3.99 will be waived within 5 working days of qualifying conditions being met.
An active GoHenry account is deemed to be an account where a minimum of £10.00 has been loaded to the parent account by the parent. This money is credit that either sits in the parent account or is transferred to the child's card, which can be withdrawn if the user cancels the account.
If the parent does not activate their account, GoHenry will be free for as long as the account is not activated, however the parent will not be able to use functions that require money (i,e, paying pocket money, buying custom cards, etc) as the parent will have no money in the account to do so with.
When the initial free period in application to a customer’s account ends, the monthly membership fee of £3.99 will be deducted automatically from the available balance on your Parent Account. Please be aware that GoHenry membership fees are recurring/continuous authority transactions and your monthly membership fees will be debited on the anniversary of the date you activated your Account.
We will never deduct membership fees or funds from the GoHenry child account.
Due to regulatory reasons, GoHenry is occasionally unable to offer an account to a customer. In these rare instances, the new customer will be unable to open a GoHenry account and will therefore not qualify for the free trial period offer.
This promotion is not open to employees or associates of GoHenry Ltd. This free trial period offer may be varied or withdrawn at any time in whole or in part without prior notice and is subject to availability and our Fair Use policy. Redeeming this offer constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

To redeem an offer from an Affiliate Partner:

The offer can be redeemed simply by clicking through to the merchant from the Affiliate's website or app and shopping as usual.
The affiliate's unique discount code must be used to redeem the offer.
The offer is available on genuine, tracked purchases completed immediately and wholly online.
Purchases should appear as pending within 24 hours on the merchant's affiliate platform account. They will remain at this status until the merchant confirms the purchase is eligible for a commission on the affiliate platform.

The offer is not applicable:

If you have already had a prepaid card registered with GoHenry
If you already have a GoHenry account
If you apply a different discount code
If you participate in any other offer/ promotion
If you purchase other products sold by GoHenry through a 'Cashback' link
