For every person that joins GoHenry we'll offer a Free Trial Period. The Free Trial Period commences upon Account activation and lasts for a specified period of time as described in the applicable promotion. During the Free Trial period the Parent Account Holder will not be charged the Monthly Membership Fee.
Terms and conditions:
  • The Free Trial is limited to Eligible Participants signing up for a GoHenry Account for the first time.
  • The duration of the Free Trial Period varies depending on the source of the promotion.
  • Eligible Participants are UK residents aged 18 or above that have passed the required security checks.
  • Eligible Participants who sign up and activate their GoHenry Parent Account will not be charged the Monthly Membership Fee until the Free Trial Period ends.
  • The Monthly Membership Fee is calculated based on the Plan chosen by the Eligible Participant.
  • A GoHenry Account is deemed to be active when a minimum of £10.00 has been loaded to the Parent Account. This money is credit that either sits in the parent Account or is transferred to a Child Account, which can be withdrawn if the user cancels the Account. It is possible to sign up for a Parent Account and not activate it, in which case no Monthly Membership Fee will be charged and the functions of the Account requiring funds/money will not be available (i.e. paying pocket money, buying custom cards, etc).
  • When the Free Trial Period ends, the Monthly Membership Fee will then be deducted automatically from the available balance in the Parent Account when due. Please be aware that Monthly Membership Fees are recurring/continuous authority transactions that will be debited on or about the monthly anniversary of the date that the Account was activated.
  • Monthly Membership Fees will never be deducted from the GoHenry Child Account.
  • Due to regulatory reasons, GoHenry is occasionally unable to offer an Account to a participant. In these rare instances, the participant will be unable to open a GoHenry Account and will therefore not qualify for the Free Trial Period offer.
  • This promotion is not open to employees or associates of GoHenry Ltd.
  • This promotion may be varied or withdrawn at any time in whole or in part without prior notice and is subject to availability and our Fair Use policy. Redeeming this offer constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
