Are you having problems logging in?

We’ve recently upgraded the software that powers our GoHenry app, so that we can give you a faster and smoother experience – and add some exciting new features in 2022. As a result, you may have been asked to log back into your account – and Face ID and Touch ID won’t work until you’ve done this. 

 

We’re sorry for the inconvenience, and we know it can be tricky to remember your password if you’re used to using fingerprint or facial recognition. 

 

Now that our software has been updated, the GoHenry app will recognise you and your child as new users. 

 

So please follow these six simple steps to get your account up and running again:

 

  1. First, select whether you’re logging into the parent or child account.
  2. Next, select which country you live in. 
  3. You then need to enter your email and password (for a parent account), or your username and password (for a child account). 
  4. If you can’t remember your password, please click ‘forgot details’ and we’ll send you a reset email. If this doesn’t arrive in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. 
  5. If your child can’t remember their username, you can find this by logging into your parent account via the desktop site (or the mobile app, once you’ve logged back in) and checking your child’s profile in ‘Family Settings.’
  6. Finally, you'll be prompted to enable biometric logins, such as fingerprint or face ID, if your device supports this.

 

When you’ve completed these steps, you should be able to access your GoHenry account as usual.
